CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations or reschedules, within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service total. Same day cancellation will result in a charge of 100% of your service.

Bookings (4+ Guests)

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Cancellations made more than 5 days before the appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 5 days of the appointment will forfeit the 50% deposit.

• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

• Any changes to group reservations are subject to availability and management approval.
